The Jewish-American Experience: A Celebration of 250 years

Join the Lewes Public Library and Seaside Jewish Community for a panel presentation exploring the rich and enduring contributions of Jewish Americans to the history and development of Delaware and the Mid-Atlantic region. Topics range from Jewish immigration and settlement in Delaware, Jewish military service in the Revolutionary War and World War II, and contributions to Delaware judicial system, real estate, and community.

Speakers include:

Dr. David Wilk: Founder and CEO of i3o LL, Associate Professor of Finance at Temple University Fox School of Business and Academic Director of the Real Estate Program, and President of the Jewish Historical Society of Delaware
Larry Stollar: retired U.S. intelligence office, having held senior roles at the CIA and in the Intelligence Community with a focus on emerging technologies and counterterrorism analysis
Eric M. Doroshow: member of the Delaware Bar for 50 years, practicing law in personal injury and bankruptcy matters, author of four books, and a Masters Certified Life Coach working with young professionals to achieve a work-life balance

This event is co-hosted by Seaside Jewish Community, an independent, unaffiliated, inclusive, and egalitarian Jewish congregation located in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. The congregation is committed to embracing and supporting the individual spiritual journey of members and cultivating connectivity throughout the congregation.

This collaborative program is part of a series in observation of America250, which commemorates the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, marking America’s Semiquincentennial.

Each individual attending in-person must register to reserve a seat. Do not list two people on one registration.
