Community Fall Fest

Get ready for a day of fall fun, great food, live music, and community spirit! The Oxford Community Center (OCC) Community Fall Fest returns on Saturday, October 17, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., bringing together neighbors, families, local organizations, and visitors for a festive autumn celebration. This year’s Fall Fest will have a touch of Oktoberfest, with a full grill fired up and serving seasonal favorites including bratwurst, German potato salad, and more. Guests can also enjoy potato and leek soup, a vegan option, homemade baked goods and cookies, and warm and cold apple cider, along with other refreshments. Adding to the celebration, Jenz Frenz will perform live from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., providing the perfect soundtrack for an afternoon of food, friends, and fall fun. A highlight of the day will be OCC’s famous Scarecrow Contest! Guests can join in the fun and creativity as scarecrows take center stage in this favorite Fall Fest tradition. Families can also look forward to a bouncy house, fall-themed activities, music, a raffle, and plenty of opportunities to gather and enjoy the season. Approximately 17 local nonprofit organizations are expected to participate, making Fall Fest not only a celebration but also a great opportunity to learn more about the organizations and people doing important work throughout our community.
