More info
Jane Goodall's Roots & Shoots is a global youth program founded by Dr. Jane Goodall that empowers young people to make a difference for animals, people, the environment, and their community. We are proud to be an official chapter at the Dover Public Library.
Youth ages 8-18 can join us to lead and participate in community service projects that create lasting change. Whether it is helping local wildlife, supporting those in need, or improving the environment, there are countless ways to get involved.
Participants will earn service hours, gain leadership experience, and play a role in shaping projects within the library and community. Join us to make a lasting impact in Dover. Meetings take place every month on the 4th Thursday at 5:00pm. This program is intended for youth ages 8-18 years old.
We value inclusion and access for all participants and are pleased to provide accommodations for this event. Please contact Carlee Hayden at Carlee.Hayden@lib.de.us or 302-760-4924 to make a reasonable accommodation request at least one week before the event.
