Are you ready to enjoy some sunshine and help a wonderful Delmarva organization at the same time? After a two-year hiatus, the Tim Kennard River Run is back for 2022! The annual event is held in memory of Tim Kennard, who passed away March 11, 2004, at age 48 after a battle with kidney cancer. This year's race will benefit TEAM 360, Coalition of Caring and the Eastern Shore Running Club Scholarship Fund.

The race begins at 8:30 a.m and starts from Salisbury Bible Fellowship. Runners can choose from  a 10-mile run, 5K run and 5K noncompetitive walk. The noncompetitive 5K walk will allow baby joggers and well-behaved canines.

Packet pickup will be held March 19 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Evolution Craft Brewing Co. Public House and March 20 from 7-8 a.m. at the race start and finish area. Registration, managed by Tim Bamforth of Seashore Striders is open. All 2020 pre-registrations will be automatically deferred to the 2022 race. Any questions may be directed to info@TimKennard.org.
