Relay For Life Wicomico 2021 is only 3 days away! 💜


The annual event to raise money for the American Cancer Society is back for 2021 and will be held Friday, Sept. 24th, 4:30-10 pm at Winterplace Park in Salisbury.

Do you have a loved one you would like to honor or remember by lighting a candle during the Luminaria ceremony? Organizers have until Wednesday at 5pm to purchase luminary bags or lanterns in honor and remembrance of those affected by cancer at their website link - or you can purchase them at Relay in person by 6:30pm that night.

The American Cancer Society Relay for Life represents the hope that those lost to cancer will never be forgotten, that those who face cancer will be supported, and that one day cancer will be eliminated.

Relay For Life is the American Cancer Society's signature activity. It offers everyone in a community an opportunity to participate in the fight against cancer.

All cancer survivors who wish to join the Survivor Reception MUST register online (www.relayforlife.org/wicomicomd) or at 1.800.ACS.2345 option #4.


Survivors are encouraged to wear purple and will receive a token gift at check-in. Their new national t-shirt program is making survivor shirts, available to order online to those who raise $100 by the end of the year.
