Jay Copeland Free, Live  Concert

& OC Fireworks Tonight!

Delmarva's own Idol will be featured in a FREE concert tonight at 8:00 in OC followed by Fireworks!

Enjoy a FREE concert by American Idol Star and Salisbury native, Jay Copeland on July 5th. Salisbury's very own Idol will rock the house with crowd favorites to celebrate the holiday with his fun and upbeat energy.

The concert will start at 8pm at Northside Park in Ocean City, Md., as part of the town’s revised Fourth of July celebration.

Also on July 5, the town of Ocean City will feature live music on the beach starting at 8 p.m., followed by an  18 min. fireworks show at 9:30 that will be more intense than the usual (15,000 shells instead of the typical 2.500 shells). The show will be different from Ocean City’s usual fireworks show and is planned to be lower than the traditional show. This makes viewing most optimal between the pier and 3rd Street. They are also planning to bring back a ground-based effect that has not been used on the OC beach in decades. So you won't want to miss that experience.
