Customized Solutions:
FLC's team tackled the untouched areas of this home built in the 1940s – from the basement and crawlspace to the attic. Given its location in the middle of a field, addressing air-sealing and insulation was crucial to combat the cold winters and humid summers.
Key Improvements
Attic Insulation:
FLC insulated the attic space for optimal thermal efficiency.

Properly vented bath-fans to the exterior to eliminate moisture build-up.
