 fort of a chair. This class focuses on breathing and moving our bodies in 
 a seated position\, and is suitable for everyone including seniors and beg
 inners. Modifications are provided to accommodate any mobility restriction
 s. You will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! \nLyndsie Smyser is the
  Community Engagement Coordinator for PACE Your LIFE\, a program of all in
 clusive care for senior serving parts of Kent and Sussex counties. Lyndsie
  is certified in both cardio drumming and chair exercise and teaches a var
 iety of free classes throughout the community. \nFor adults ages 55 . Clas
 s size is limited to 20. \nEach person must register to reserve a seat. Re
