SUMMARY:FreeWrite!
LOCATION:Medium Meeting Room\, Lewes Public Library
URL:https://shoplocaldelmarva.com/events/freewrite-2026-11-18/
DESCRIPTION:In-person\nFreeWrite! is an informal gathering of writers of AL
L skill levels who meet to practice their writing in a friendly and nurtur
ing atmosphere. The goal of the FreeWrites is to provide a place and an op
portunity for people to have fun with their writing\, to explore different
genres\, and to do this in the company of other writing enthusiasts.\nThi
s FreeWrite is facilitated by Tom Hoyer\, a Rehoboth Beach Writers Guild m
ember who has experience in leading such groups. Participants write in res
ponse to prompts or their own preferences. Writing Prompts are often (but
not always) designed to focus on a particular aspect of writing: the use o
f sensory details\, the necessity of strong verbs\, the craft of writing d
ialogue.\nYou do not need to be a RBWG member to attend. For more informat
ion visit the RBWG website.\nNo registration required.\n\nhttps://shoploca
