 to a warm\, low-pressure space designed for burnout recovery and nervous s
 ystem regulation. Embracing the Danish concept of hygge\, finding comfort\
 , presence\, and cozy well-being in simple moments\, this evening sound ba
 th offers a deeply restful acoustic experience. The soothing vibrations of
  432 hz crystal singing bowls will help quiet the noise\, release daily st
 ressors\, and set you up for a good night’s rest. \nWear comfortable clo
 thing\, bring a plush mat\, blanket\, pillow\, & eye mask. Whatever helps
