Here are the secrets behind one of the popular dishes at Agave Azul. Try your hand at making it, or visit Agave to have them create it for you.

Grill the chicken on high for 6 minutes.
Cook steak on high to preferred doneness (recommended 8 minutes).
In a pan, cook shrimp for 4 minutes with garlic and 1 tsp. seasoned salt. Add a splash of lemon juice if desired.
Cook all vegetables in a separate pan with butter for 4 min. with 1 tsp. seasoned salt.
Fry the potato wedges.
If you have a skillet, put it on warm. Place a bed of vegetables on skillet (or plate). Then add slices of chicken and steak on top of vegetables, followed by the cooked potato wedges. Lastly, add the cooked shrimp on top. You can accompany the dish with rice of your choice, guacamole and pico de gallo with your choice of corn or flour tortillas.
